What does a session look like?

Learn to meditate

Meditation is a beautiful practice that enables you to focus on your breath, bringing your attention to the present moment, disengaged from your patterns of unhelpful thinking.

The Coaching session

Through a dialogue, we will together bring awareness to an area of your life that needs to be harmonized, letting go of old patterns and limiting beliefs to create your better self.

Inside Out

You will learn to raise your self-esteem through inner work: accept and love yourself with compassion and non-judgment

In between sessions

As your coach, I will guide you on your own path. But I cannot do the work for you. After discussing, we will agree on a challenge in between our sessions, e.g. something to journal about, a actionable step to make, new habits to take. 

What about the language?

French becomes a tool to express yourself and gain clarity. In this real and highly engaging context, your memory is enhanced. At the end of our sessions, you will receive a specific feedback.

How Do I know If Mindful Life Coaching through French is for Me?

You are in a situation that doesn’t satisfy you anymore, and you would like to gain clarity on what to do next, and how to do it. You feel that you lack focus, motivation, and perseverance. You want to feel joy, excitement and inner peace. Mindful Life Coaching is for you .

Upper-intermediate to Advanced Level of French

These sessions require you to have an upper-intermediate to Advanced level (B2-C1). If you are not sure what your level is, book a consultation with me and we can assess your level together.

Ready for a change

The only person who can change your life is… you! There are no shortcuts, no quick-fixes. As your coach, my role is to support you as you create your own path, but you must be ready to do your part.


We sometimes have a tendency to be closed to new solutions or ideas. For our work to be effective, you need to keep an open-mind and be receptive to new approaches.

The Lens of French

I’m sure you’ve noticed how, according to the language that we speak, we act and think a little bit differently?

Take me for example. I’m an introvert. But when I speak English I’m more daring. In Italian, I communicate with passion, and when I practice Spanish, … Well, you get the idea.

Intrigued by this link between identities, communication and languages, I’ve discovered that looking at our soul through the lens of different language can allow us to see things in a new light. We need to be creative in the way we express ourselves, which allows us to see the same situation from a new angle.

In this way, French becomes the means we use to create a better version of ourselves. We take off our eyes from the goal of fluency. We do our inner work. And we reach improvement both in French and in life, without even noticing it.

Upon reception of your payment, we will then fix our weekly online appointments for our 1:1 sessions according to your package, as well as all the links and information you will need to benefit from our work together. 

One-off session: Flash coaching – 180$


Discuss a specific issue in only 1 session – flash coaching of 90 minutes.

You need help with a specific problem you are facing at the moment and you would like to gain clarity. Together, we will assess the situation in advance through a shared Google Doc. On the day of our session, we will go through the specifics and find your next step. 

12 Week Coaching Package – 120$/h

12 sessions online

You want to work more in depth and create a real change in your life. We will work together in 1:1 sessions, in Google Docs for journaling and assignments. You will receive feedback and unlimited support through e-mail.
